Warranty

KenCast provides a 3-year warranty on all hardware appliances.  Our RMA procedure enables quick return and prompt replacement under negotiated terms.

Maintenance

Annual Maintenance agreements are available for all KenCast products.  These can include levels of technical support, minor upgrades, full system upgrades, and extended hardware warranties.  Speak to your KenCast sales representative or to your KenCast Distributor for details.
