June 9 - June 11 in Bucharest, Romania at the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel
The AEEC Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Users Forum brings together airlines, aircraft operators, flight operations, IT, engineering and maintenance teams to discuss the continued evolution of EFB hardware, software applications and connectivity to the ground.
For KenCast, that conversation goes directly to one of the central challenges in modern fleet operations: how to deliver the same operational content to many aircraft efficiently, reliably and without forcing each aircraft into a separate, bandwidth-heavy transfer.

KenCast FleetCast is designed for that problem.

FleetCast uses satellite multicast to send operational content once and make it available across the fleet. Instead of treating every aircraft as a separate delivery path, FleetCast allows the same update to be received by all aircraft in the coverage area simultaneously. For EFB-related content such as navigation databases, charts and procedures, flight manuals, weather datasets, operational notices and technical publications, that can mean faster fleet-wide synchronization, reduced bandwidth waste and more consistent content availability.

FleetCast is also designed for operational practicality. Content can be delivered in the background and stored onboard before crews need it, reducing reliance on gate-side workflows, LTE transfers or manual update processes. KenCast’s application-layer forward error correction helps reconstruct complete files despite satellite link errors, without relying on retransmission-heavy workflows.
Because FleetCast is software-only and designed to integrate with existing onboard compute, storage and IFC infrastructure, it offers a lightweight path for airlines and content providers looking to improve delivery efficiency without adding hardware or weight.
As airlines continue to expand EFB use and evaluate new connectivity models, KenCast FleetCast offers a practical way to support assured, efficient content delivery across large fleets.
KenCast FleetCast: Send once. Update everywhere.
